I went to Dean Team to look at the vehicle we eventually purchased because of the vehicle itself. We liked the vehicle and ultimately decided to purchase it based on the price. The fact that I had to argue to get the price I was quoted was disappointing but that was the only disappointment. Service was excellent and staff was extremely friendly and seemed competent Our sales person, Paul Biermann, was very polite, courteous and accommodating and I would work with in the future. I had the opportunity to also work with Phillip Dean who was a polite, personable and what I expect from a management.
