Pete Ostlund provided us with a premium service and he even came to work earlier just to accommodate our schedule. The vehicle we were interested in was already reserved for us, with our name on the dashboard, which was kind of encouraging. We really liked Pete's style of not being pushy at all, but rather educating us about the new vehicle and trying to be objective. We got very warm welcome in general and we felt like the whole dealership was working just to satisfy our needs for few hours. Moreover, when we got some questions after the weekend of driving the new vehicle they were more than happy to answer them all. They always replied to us promptly and in very professional way. We would have no reservations at all to recommend Dean Team Subaru and Pete Ostlund in particular to anybody looking for professional sales support when planning a new vehicle purchase. By the way, they have the best stock of new vehicles in St. Louis area. Highly recommended! More
My WRX had an unexpected issue with the radiator so I brought it in for service to this dealer as always. I arrived on Tuesday at 7:30ish in the morning and Eric Harrelson was already working away. I didn't have an appointment since it was unexpected but Eric made sure my car was looked at that day. As with past experiences, Eric was extremely helpful, friendly and accomodating. He contacted me the same day and let me know what the problem was, the next steps to get it resolved as well as an estimate for the repairs. It was a multiple day deal and he stayed in touch with any updates. When I arrived on Thursday to pick up my car, he was there and recognized me immediately and took care of me. I definitely enjoy working with him when I bring my car in for service. I had a question Friday morning and he answered my call at 7:30 and answered it for me. I leased my original Jetta from Dustin almost 3 years ago and had planned on purchasing it. However, once I got there I had some last minute questions about the possibility of a new lease and he was happy to review everything for me at the last minute. I've dealt with the Dean Team years ago and was actually looking forward to buying another car from them as my first experience went so well. I contacted Dave Liss and Jim Happe about finding the rare 2013 Golf TDI w/ Tech package and Jim found only one exactly as I wanted but was several states away. He explained all options in getting the car, was very professional and courteous, and I was driving away from the dealership in Ballwin with my beautifully detailed new Golf TDI in a matter of a few days. Jim gave a thorough explanation of all the new features of the car and Dave Liss had a new Kindle Fire for me as a promotional item. Rick in Finance and Scott Roberts provided friendly advice on store hours of operation and introduced me to key people at the dealership. The entire experience was one I'd like all prospective car buyers to experience. The Dean Team sets the standard, I'd say. They have a customer in me for life. More

I reason I chose the Dean Team was due to the above-the-rest customer service of Mr. Tony Wright. All of my requests for assistance and info were answered almost immediately in a professional and concise manner. I sincerely appreciated Mr. Wright's patience and assistance. My husband and I had a good experience successfully trading our Subaru Legacy for a newer Outback! I own a 2008 Subaru WRX and developed the clutch/brake bracket weld cracks that are well-documented in the enthusiast community. Many in the community are pessimistic with regards to the "dealer experienc bracket weld cracks that are well-documented in the enthusiast community. Many in the community are pessimistic with regards to the "dealer experience" in getting this issue resolved as Subaru of America has not yet issued a public statement or recall. However, Annie Thompson at Dean Team was prompt in addressing my concerns and had the cracked joints rewelded in cooperation with Subaru of America. It is worth noting that I am out of warranty. A crack redeveloped shortly after the initial repair due to a weld that was missed. Annie had the entire bracket seam rewelded at no cost to me. More
