Hi Jared, Here at Dean Team Subaru Volkswagen we respond to all reviews positive and negative. I am sorry that your experience with us unfortunately was negative. After your brother put a deposit down on the WRX and realized we had ordered him an WRX with a automatic transmission rather a WRX with a manual transmission you came back with your brother Joel to make us aware of it. After speaking with you I made my Subaru Manager aware of the situation and after reviewing the order for the WRX, he had realized that he clicked on the automatic transmission code rather than the manual transmission code. A mistake that we fully take responsibility for, my Subaru Manager did come out to you and tell you that in no way was this my fault and that he simply clicked on the wrong order code, a mistake that can easily be made by anyone. He immediately refunded your deposit and asked if he could order you another WRX with the manual transmission without putting a deposit down. He also offered you our 2016 pre-owned WRX at dealer cost for the inconvenience. The last we heard from your brother and yourself was that you would need a little time to think this over and you would get back with us. Again we take full responsibility for the error in the order process. We do appreciate your time and interest in the Dean Team Automotive Group and if we can ever be of any further assistance please don't hesitate to call us. Thanks again.
