I had been to several dealerships prior to this and no one would even try to work out the numbers with us, went here and Jim Happe was more than willing to help us and did so right away with a car and a deal without wasting my time. I was really impressed with this dealership over the past several years and as a matter of fact because of the great service I get time after time, this is my fourth car from them!!! I worked with Mark McNulty, and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before I drove it off the lot. I also didn't feel pressured which made the buying experience much more enjoyable than I've had at other dealerships in the past. Mark was also very helpful answering any questions I had after purchase. Rick Richards also made the financial/closing process smooth and painless. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Subaru. More

We went that far in order to have a positive experience. The Dean Team staff was polite, took time with us. Our salesman, Jason Moore did not make us feel rushed even though our first test drive was 30 minutes before closing time. I had done research on the Outback but wanted to be sure we were treated with respect and not pressured. We had a very positive experience!!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone...and Jason! More

Our sales rep, Jason Moore, was fantastic to work with. He responded immediately to our inquiry and had the vehicle ready for us to consider when we arrived. The purchase negotiation flowed very well, including the finance portion with Dustin Westhoff! Both of these guys were super busy taking care of multiple customers, but we received outstanding personal attention. They hustle to get your deal done and get you on the road! We will have our vehicle delivered next week, as they are taking care of even minor imperfections, which we understand is their practice on pre-owned, so we expect to feel as though we will have a like new 2015 at a great savings! So glad we connected with this dealership and with Jason and Dustin! Great experience! More
