Great experience I had been researching the 2016 Subaru Outback online. I read Consumer Reports reviews and used their site to "build and price" a few cars. My wife I had been researching the 2016 Subaru Outback online. I read Consumer Reports reviews and used their site to "build and price" a few cars. My wife and I went to the Dean Team dealership simply because it was near the area we shopped in each month. We wanted to check out the vehicle and take a test Drive. Salesman Tony Wright took us for a test drive and explained many of the features. They did not have the vehicle in the color we wanted. Tony checked a list of vehicles coming in the near future and one was the color we liked. We weren't sure whether we wanted to trade in our 10 year old 240,000+ mileage Honda pilot or give it to our son. Tony gave us a price offer on the vehicle which according to Consumer Reports was a very good price. He suggested we have a manager check out our pilot. He did and gave us an excellent trade in offer. We put down a deposit that day. Tony said that when we came to pick up the vehicle we should plan on giving him plenty of time to familiarize us with its many features. He did an outstanding job! Two days later I was putting stuff in the back of the vehicle in a strip mall up the block from the dealership. Someone pulled in beside me and asked if I needed any help. It was Tony! More
