Finally, service that isn't "lip service!" I called Dean Team Subaru and Jason due to the overwhelming number of reviews and ratings far exceeding other dealerships. Truthfully, I had tried to do business with two other dealerships but sales personnel did not call back. At 64 yrs I have seen customer service all but disappear as I once knew it when younger. Jason was like someone from the old days and was pleasant, did what should be done, always did what was asked, responded to emails and always called back....and I'm a detailed type of guy that expects a lot. Rick in finance was great and patient. And, Mark was great helping with the tech stuff. For a terrific experience, call Jason at the Dean Team! More

We maintain multiple cars at this facility, and each time I go in, I can have a very productive conversation with them about our service goals. On our newer vehicle I appreciate their efficient, reliable service and advising. In addition to that, on our older vehicle, I especially appreciate their patient and competent troubleshooting. They really listen to the customer and understand how to work with the customer as part of the service team. We wouldn't service our vehicles anywhere else. More

Knowledgable, efficient, helpful, the best! I went in knowing what I wanted, and Ryan was great at answering questions and was very knowledgable about the car as well as possible other options I I went in knowing what I wanted, and Ryan was great at answering questions and was very knowledgable about the car as well as possible other options I might be interested in. He was upfront and helpful. I came back the next day to trade in and make the purchase. Carl was wonderful with answering all the questions about my trade in, the purchasing and financing of the car and made sure I had his info incase I had any future questions. I had no issues getting a great value on my trade in, and got a fantastic deal on my 2013 Hyundai Tuscon. I highly recommend this dealership, and have already suggested it to family and friends who are looking to buy. More
