I was worried I would get the run around, but still called Wes and made an appointment for him to look at it. Within two hours it was fixed better than I imagined, and at no charge to me. It all started from a simple inquiry about Cadillac CTS Coupe that I saw on Car Gurus. After months of trying to find the right coupe, in addition to one that would fit within my budget I'd been searching for about the past 7 months. As I am recently getting back into the swing of things; I am 66 years young and I wanted a car that would bring back out the life in me. I am disabled military vet and from time to time keeping up with modern day technology can be demanding and confusing. I desired to work with someone who could put themselves in the driver's seat when it came down to explaining and selecting the best options for me. When I first met Jason I recall test driving the car and sharing some of my military stories with him. He listened and even shared a few of his own. I knew from his discipline and structure he was bond worthy. He exhausted all options till there were absolutely none. Even when the original car I inquired about turned out to be outside of my price range; Moore ensured me of a quality vehicle within direct measurement. Jason responded to my email and on the way home we stopped, he showed me the car I was considering. I told Jason I only had a few minutes because our three-year-old needed to get in bed on time. Jason was understanding, asked a few questions and followed up with an email on other cars I may be interested in seeing as well. We agreed to look at what I was budgeting and be real with each other. He did not take any offense to me questioning the interest rates or other options that were being offered. He and Dustin did not push even though we were approaching the closing hour. Mark made sure that I understood the systems. I walked in confident of the cost, and walked out without buyer's remorse and a sense that I was taken care at sale and will be taken care of in the future, thanks guys!
