Richard was also the only one to provide me with his cell phone number if I had any further questions. Scott was great to work with also, he made you feel like he had your back. Even though, I came in to the dealer with my husband, Richard and Scott talked and looked directly at me (I was doing the buying) and not directing questions just to my husband, like I didn't exist or I didn't know what I was talking about. Rick in the finance department did a great job of getting us the financing that we wanted, which in my opinion, is worth hours of haggling and made the whole deal worthwhile. When we returned to finish the paperwork and Carl was unavailable, Scott helped us out as if we were his customer. Their boss should be proud.
