Along with my son and me, he walked in the dealership, asked to speak with a salesperson, and our family hit the jackpot when Jason Moore came up and introduced himself. We took a test drive with Jason, he answered our questions, pointed out a few options on the car, and told us about the dealership's free car wash service. Neither Jason nor anyone else at the dealership was ever pushy or "salesy" ... just friendly and polite. The next day, I went to the dealership to purchase the vehicle, and it was a 15-minute, seamless, stress-free experience with total respect that I (the wife) was there to "make the deal." However, no real deal making ensued, because the price (that we'd researched extensively) that I proposed and the price Jason came back with was spot-on. So that was that. Jason provided top-notch customer service at all times, returned phone calls quickly, and was upbeat, friendly and respectful. We also appreciated that he, like my husband, was a veteran and that the Dean Team gave us a military discount. Our experience was exceptional and we will certainly recommend Jason and the dealership to our family and friends. More

Hard to enter the dealership and you will scrap on the bump if you have a low sitting car. Car wash WILL scratch your car NEVER USE. Also half of the features I bought on my NEW car still don't work. Don't buy a Subaru. More

After we finally narrowed the search to the type of vehicle we wanted, he scoured the internet for the best deal he could find. We live in a small town and the nearest VW dealer is 3 hours away. Unfortunately, they didn't have any vehicles that met our criteria that he felt were a good enough deal. What he did find was a great vehicle 11 hours from home. Our biggest concern was driving that far and having to spend an entire day doing paperwork before we could head home. This has been our experience in "the city" every time we've gone, even when not needing financing. Jason assured us that we could be on our way in about half an hour. True to his word, Jason and the vehicle were ready and waiting for us even before store hours actually opened. We were able to test drive it, get the paperwork completed, and be on our way in less than an hour. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was no high pressure sales pitch to buy extra warranties or services. It was worth the lengthy drive to do business with Dean Team! More

Richard was also the only one to provide me with his cell phone number if I had any further questions. Scott was great to work with also, he made you feel like he had your back. Even though, I came in to the dealer with my husband, Richard and Scott talked and looked directly at me (I was doing the buying) and not directing questions just to my husband, like I didn't exist or I didn't know what I was talking about. They allowed me do my own negotiating which made me feel respected as a female. I definitely would recommend the Richard/Scott team at Dean Team to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
