Excellent car buying experience! We had not expected to buy a 2016 Subaru the same day that we stopped into Dean Team Subaru in Ballwin. Before long, we felt confident with the information, price and service and decided to purchase our car from this dealership. Richard Gotsch helped us choose the perfect vehicle to match our needs, he was patient and informative and we felt very much as ease with him. We settled on a wonderful 2016 Forester and are very, very happy. I dread the process of shopping for and purchasing a car, but Jason was easy to deal with and delivered everything promised on our almost new Subaru. I dread the process of shopping for and purchasing a car, but Jason was great. Negotiation was straightforward and I did not feel pressured. Be prepared for making another big decision after negotiating the price on your car. Extended warranties are excellent in their coverage, but costly. I went in a little unprepared for that decision, but am happy with the plan that I chose. Financing at the dealership was very convenient. Dustin was pleasant to work with and got us a better rate than what was offered at our bank. I'd recommend this dealer, especially if you are looking for a barely used car with very low miles. Lightly used Subarus are not easy to find, and Dean Team Subaru had a good selection. More
