He told me to look online at Dean Team Subaru. Low and behold they had the model I wanted, in the color I wanted (Cypress Green which is not easy to find) and low miles. I put in a request for information and had an email from Carl within hours on a Sunday. We decided to speak on Monday. My son and I went in to test drive the car. Carl was super friendly and funny, very easy to deal with, and sent us on our way in the test drive right away. I loved the car. He asked how he could make the deal happen and then he did! He did not waste our time. He was very cognizant of my husband's time as a UPS driver on his lunch break even getting our information for credit and referring us to a local pizza place for lunch while he worked on the paperwork. The whole process was very easy, almost fun ;)!! We appreciate that very much! And we love the car!! Thanks, Carl! More

No Hastle/No Pressure Unlike other car dealers and dealerships I have dealt with in the past, I found that Dean Team Subaru in Ballwin was the best yet. My sales guy John Ostlund was attentive, helpful, reassuring and honest with me every step of the way. Through my test drives, all my emails and phone calls with questions, to ordering my vehicle and signing the paperwork he was happy to help and didn't make me feel dumb, or pressured in any way. Dustin Westhoff was a delight to work with on the financial part. Also a bit of a Dave Matthews Fan so that made me happy (41 payments). :) Dustin helped me understand the leasing process and that I was making a good decision, and again, no pressure and no fancy terms or lingo that was above me. He answered all my questions and was very reassuring. John and Dustin made me feel very comfortable and relaxed through the entire car leasing process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Subaru and although I got the Cross Trek and I LOVE IT, the loaner vehicle I had for 2 weeks, the loaded Outback is a HIGH recommendation. :) More

Very Easy to Work With Easy dealer to work with - I initially went in to look at/drive a used passat and used jetta - drove both, left, came back the next day with a fam Easy dealer to work with - I initially went in to look at/drive a used passat and used jetta - drove both, left, came back the next day with a family member, drove both again, and again left, unsure of which I would choose. Richard was professional, conversational, laid back, and did not harass me with unending phone calls or emails, but instead let me shop at my own pace. I spent the next week test driving other cars from other dealers - TDI golfs, etc - during which time a sale on 2016 MY vehicles popped up at the all the dealers in the area. I called Richard, he was very straightforward on which discounts applied and which fees would also be applied, so I made an appt to drive one the next morning. He had the car ready to go when I got there, test drive went well, and I ended up purchasing later that evening. Though the discount was essentially the same at every VW dealer in the area, Dean Team Kirkwood treated my old VW and me well, and I had a good experience with Richard, so I wanted to work with them. Negotiations were minimal due to the sale price already being well below MSRP, but there was still minimal pushiness from their team. Scott was personable, unlike some other managers I've worked with. I was fairly firm on what I wanted to finance, so that portion only took about 5 minutes once we got into the office. Overall, they were definitely considerate of my time and my inbox. Dean Team also demonstrates support for military personnel. More
