As a result of the exceptional professionalism and courtesy we experienced 14 years ago, we thought it would be wise to visit the Dean Team once again. After reviewing their website inventory, I spoke with salesman Ryan Troll on the phone and informed him of the Beetle 1.8 T S model that we were interested in. An appointment was made with Ryan. We took a test drive and realized the S model would be suitable for us. There was no hassle or any attempt to "upscale", as many other dealerships attempt to do. The sales process was very smooth. The terms listed on their website were explained and followed. Rick Richard thoroughly explained the extended warranty plans. Our total buying time was approximately 2 hours. We will recommend to ANYONE to visit Dean Team Subaru Volkswagen for great car-buying experience! Ask for Ryan Troll! More

I generally know what I want, what I want to / am able to spend and I'm looking for a knowledgeable sales associate who can ratchet up to my pace quickly while still offering to ensure I hear about things I may not find online. Subaru Sales Manager Matt Kuhn and Sales Associate Tony Wright exemplified what I hope to find at a dealership. They were professional, quickly internalized where I was in the process and responded with great options for me to evaluate from in-stock options and ordering options. From a practical perspective, I was offered a strong and fair trade-in for my current Subaru which prompted me to inquire about my wife's current Subaru value. As the Title of this review indicates, I left with 2 new Subarus and we're both delighted. This dealership coordinated a couple of offsite/outside car additions seamlessly and went the extra mile to ensure our vehicles were exactly as we desired when we took delivery. The dreaded "finance guy" process was fast, we weren't pressured to tack on additional services and we didn't even sit in a cramped office staring at the back of a computer monitor! This was a terrific buying process and we were encouraged to return for even the most mundane of questions or issues. Felt like it should when you acquire an asset like a new Subaru vehicle - Awesome! More

Jason Moore went out of his way to make sure I had all the info I needed on the car I was looking for. He assured me if they didn't have what I wanted on the lot, they could get it for me. I was skeptical to say the least. I was so surprised that less than a week later he had my perfect car waiting for me, with no added expense on my end. My actual purchase experience was even more surprising. I was not looking forward to hours spent haggling and dealing with paperwork. This did not happen at ALL. Jason had everything ready and with the teamwork of Scott Roberts and Jason Pfleeger I was done with the whole process super quick. I left with all the knowledge I needed and no sense of wasted time.
