His approach was refreshingly low-pressure. He let my husband and me take the vehicle for a test drive by ourselves before sitting down to discuss anything. Other dealerships we visited did this in the reverse order, which felt like a waste of time when we ended up not liking the vehicle. Dave’s approach made the process feel much more efficient and comfortable.
