Everything was very straightforward and transparent, and we really appreciated that there were no hidden fees or surprises. We also really liked working with Dave Smith. His approach was refreshingly low-pressure. He let my husband and me take the vehicle for a test drive by ourselves before sitting down to discuss anything. Other dealerships we visited did this in the reverse order, which felt like a waste of time when we ended up not liking the vehicle. Dave’s approach made the process feel much more efficient and comfortable. Overall it was a very positive experience and we would definitely recommend both the dealership and Dave to others looking for a vehicle. More

My experience with Dean Team Subaru has been great from sales to service. I had an Audi prior to buying my most recent Subaru (my second Subaru from Dean Team) and the service experience was terrible e sales to service.
