He helped me decide between the Outback and the Forester. I was interested in the Eyesight option and he demonstrated how it worked very well. He also helped me with model choice to allow me to be able to afford the Eyesight option. I felt that Mark was very straight and honest. He gave me the best price without playing games. I didn't leave wondering if I had been taken advantage of. I highly recommend Mark and the Dean Team. More

I'll never go anywhere else I came in needing a car fast, because I was starting a new job in a week and didn't have to drive to my old one. I knew I wanted a Tiguan. I looked at the used ones they had on the lot and didn't see anything I liked. Richard asked if I'd ever thought about leasing one. I hadn't, but after he explained how it works it just made more sense to lease. Within 2 days he got exactly what I wanted: a brand new black Tiguan with beige interior. I was in and out in about an hour, and it would have been even quicker if I didn't have to sign up for insurance while I was there. Richard was very helpful and sincere. He knew a lot about the car and showed me all the features before I left. Best of all, I didn't feel pressured at all throughout the experience. Do yourself a favor and go to the dean team next time you need a car. More

Subaru = Love = Dean Team I brought my wife to the dealership to look at the Subaru Legacy. I already knew of and loved Subaru for many reasons, while my wife knew little and I brought my wife to the dealership to look at the Subaru Legacy. I already knew of and loved Subaru for many reasons, while my wife knew little and was skeptical of the products Subaru offered, as compared to the the midsize sedan competition on the market. After an inviting welcome from Mr. Ostlund, he immediately brought us several Legacy options ranging from 4 to 6 cylinder, vastly differing in array of options and colors. My wife and decided to purchase a black Legacy 3.6R Limited with eyesight and nav. John arranged for this exact car to be delivered to the dealership since they had none on the lot. Three days later we went to pick our first Subie up. My wife and I were in awe of her beauty and options. John gave us and extensive delivery, leaving out no details. He even offered to go through the entire owners manual if we wanted, which we spared him. John was super knowledgable of the product, Phil Dean was an amazing manger who made us feel welcome and at home in his dealership. Rick Richards was personable and great to work with in finance. Overall we loved out Dean Team experience because of John, Phil, and Rick. Most of all, we are in love with our Subaru. Thanks, Jeff More

I was an out of state buyer, and Jason Moore (sales person) picked me at the airport.
