Used Car Purchase - Excellent Experience I came to Dean Team Volkswagen/Subaru on a recommendation from a close acquaintance who's family had been purchasing consistently from this dealership I came to Dean Team Volkswagen/Subaru on a recommendation from a close acquaintance who's family had been purchasing consistently from this dealership for the past several years. I can now understand why. I was looking to buy a Used vehicle and they referred me to Jason Moore. Jason was intelligent, articulate and took the time to actually listen to what I wanted out of a car as opposed to trying to sell what he wanted to get off the lot, something I dealt with early on in my search. He came up with a comprehensive list of cars he thought best, ranging from the top to bottom of my budget, which allowed me to make an informed decision about the money I wanted to spend. As an additional point, Jason was refreshingly honest about the positives and negatives of each vehicle, both from a brand and car-specific perspective. He worked according to the rather tight time-frame I had told him I wanted and made sure to be available for communication every step of the way. I ended up walking away with a Hyundai at a great price and I couldn't be happier with the experience I went through! More

Fantastic Car Buying Experience My son and I went in to look at vehicles that my mother could easily get in and out of. Upon arrival Tony was finishing a delivery with another customer. So we started walking the lot to get an idea of the options they had. We were then approached by Scott, the Volkswagen Sales manager, he walked if anyone was working with us and told him we were waiting for Tony. He went above and beyond to show us cars while we waited. As I looked at the options I really liked the idea of the 6yr/72k mike bumper to bumper warranty the new Atlas came with from Volkswagen. Once inside of the vehicle it was amazing to see the size and be able to feel the comfort. When test driving the Atlas performed phenomenally. The ride quality and the lack of interior noise was wonderful. For something in the mid $30k range it is unbeatable. Once back at the dealer we were discussing what we liked and decided to try and purchase. When we told Tony what we were hoping for with pricing, he went and talked to Scott, the sales manager, and came back with an agreeable price point. We then finished the front of the paperwork before seeing the Finance Manager, Rick. This was another great experience. No pressure to buy any extended warranties or anything of the sort. We took possession and never looked back. I will definitely recommend Tony, Scott, and Rick to anyone looking at buying a new (or new to you) vehicle. I will definitely be a lifelong customer. More
