Without question one of the best experiences I've ever had. I was in the area visiting a friend from college. Decided to look online and found a car I really liked at this dealership. I am from out of state and really wasn't thinking that seriously about purchasing a vehicle this far from my home. I worked with sales representative Jason Moore. Jason was a total professional. He was knowledgeable, patient, very service oriented and made the entire experience fantastic. After visiting the dealership and working with Jason, it became very easy for me to go ahead and make the decision to trade my vehicle and purchase a vehicle from the teen Dean Team. What was even more impressive about the experience, once I had traded the vehicle there were a few pending issues with the paperwork and gaining my title work from my home state. Jason and the sales team worked with me proactively to get all my issues addressed. I would strongly recommend Jason and the Dean team for anyone looking for a vehicle. More

When we first came to Jason we had found the same legacy elsewhere for a little cheaper and we told him that. Jason told us that what we wouldn't get if we went elsewhere was excellent customer service, transparency and honesty. He told us that the owner stands behind all of his pre-owned cars and that if it wasn't right that they would make it right. After talking to Jason for a while and him answering all of our questions I had one final question and he didn't know the answer. Instead of making up an answer he told me that he didn't know the answer and he would go find out for me. Right there I knew we had an honest salesman, so we spent a little more money and purchased from him. Jason followed up with us during the sale, after the sale and we still receive a follow up phone call from him at least once a year and emails on our birthdays. You don't see little things like this anymore in a salesman and its the little things that keeps a customers business. I owned my own company for over 40 years and if I still did I would hire Jason to come work for me. Besides his honesty, integrity and patience he has a very clean cut professional look. I never took the time to write him a review but this last phone call we received just blew me away that after 2 years he still follows up with me. He is truly an amazing Salesman and an asset to any company. More

Excellent customer service I was purchasing a used car and Wes was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They put me in a beautiful loaner until the second car was found.
