Dyamond was intelligent, courteous, and attentive to my needs. My in-house service writer was friendly, polite, and professional. I felt confident that he understood my needs and concerns. He provided me with a loaner vehicle (rented from the Enterprise office next door). He stayed in touch with me throughout the process and called when there was a question. Very happy with the personal and professional treatment I received and will be a regular customer in the future. More

Informative and helpful I went to multiple dealerships for not only Subaru’s but multiple cars, but no one made me feel at ease as much as the two salesmen at dean team! The first day when I had just started looking for a new vehicle John Ostlund went with me on a test drive and was very informative about all the features and packages available to me. I came back about a week later once I had decided the crosstrek would be the best for me and Dayo Alara helped me narrow my search for the exact package that fitted my needs. He was extremely helpful in getting me the deal that worked best for me. Overall my experience was overly satisfactory ten out of ten would come back for more business! More

Great service - straightforward process Bought a used car from Paul Biermann at Dean Team. Showed me all the features of the car. Addressed some minor items with the car upon my request, and worked with my schedule with the kids and wife. Overall, a great experience. There was a minor problem when the safety inspection expired prior to me being able to pay sales tax. They got me in for another inspection quickly, and saved my Saturday. I would recommend them. I went there because no one else had a Subaru Outback in stock and I got a preowned one that met my criteria. I also met my sales person Carl Schaeffer & the rest of the team. Carl & the team made everything go so smoothly that when my car was totaled I immediately thought of them. I was ever so happy to find that Carl could assist me again! I knew that I needed a vehicle & even though because of the accident I felt uneasy about getting on the roads again, Carl & the team made everything run so smoothly that it put me at ease. Easiest Car Purchase - Ever I came in to look at a 2015 VW Passat that I had seen online, drove it and told Drew - my salesman - that I was interested in purchasing. I sat do I came in to look at a 2015 VW Passat that I had seen online, drove it and told Drew - my salesman - that I was interested in purchasing. I sat down at his desk and made the offer, he pitched the offer to his manager and it was approved - including a better offer on my trade than I expected. As soon as the offer was approved, Drew had a handful of questions to send everything over to financing and dropped the financing off to Jason - finance manager. While still sitting at Drew’s desk, talking about the car, Jason phoned over and said we already had finance offers rolling in - even though it was late evening. We had paperwork printed and signed in no time. The next morning I got a call that a lower offer came over and asking if I wanted to come in and redo the paperwork - I said “of course”. (Here is where I should probably mention that my credit isn’t great and I was half not even expecting to get financed but we did and at a decent rate for my credit. I’ve bought 5 cars from dealerships in my lifetime and this was BY FAR the easiest and most straightforward. The entire sales team was friendly and made you feel like an old friend but Drew and Jason went above beyond my expectations and will recommend everyone that I know to purchase through Drew at the Dean Team. More
