Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had I was contacted by Richard Gotsch shortly after researching new cars on TrueCar.com. I had been working with a local dealership for a week, but they w I was contacted by Richard Gotsch shortly after researching new cars on TrueCar.com. I had been working with a local dealership for a week, but they weren't very helpful with locating the specific car I desired, and refused to come down on price. At first I was skeptical about working with a dealership more than 2 hours away. However, Richard went to work for me immediately. He assured me he could get me the car I wanted, and his initial price he stated for the car blew me away. I wanted a very particular car, and it took a couple of days to locate it, but Richard came through exactly as he promised; all the while keeping me updated on the search on a daily basis. Richard and I agreed upon car price, as well as trade-in value, all via phone and text message. Once we agreed, he set the process in motion to get the car shipped to his dealership. When the car arrived, we made an appointment, and I made the trip to Ballwin, MO to finish the deal. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was blown away by how beautiful and modern the dealership was. Richard met me at the door and showed me around. When we got to his office, the paperwork was all ready and in order. Every dollar amount on the paperwork was exactly as we agreed to over the phone; down to the penny. The whole process took just over an hour, and I was set to leave. However, Richard refused to let me go without first taking me out to the vehicle and giving me a very thorough overview of all the features, and showing me how to use all the systems on the car. On top of the fantastic treatment I received, the dealership offers all kinds of additional perks. If you live in the area, you get free car-washes, free vehicle inspections, and lots more for the life of the vehicle. If you are in the market for a new Subaru or Volkswagen, go talk to Richard today! You won't regret it. More
