There was one remaining issue after the initial service that required an additional part. Subaru provided the part to Dean Team and after working, on different occasions, with Eric, Jeff, and Annie to get updates on the part and scheduling my appointment, they were able to resolve my issue at no additional cost to me within two weeks. More
