They Care this was my second Subaru from Dean Team. I dealt with John on both. We have been texting, calling and emailing for the last couple of weeks on my interest on the New Ascent. I waited and the Red Touring addition was finally here, but I had to wait a couple weeks to get there, more texting and calling. It was meant to be it was still there when I could get there. John arranged his schedule to come in early to meet me. I loved the car, John brought me a deal right where I wanted to be. The Whole team pulled together to get the vehicle and paperwork ready to get me on the road home. I’m glad It worked out so I could purchase from them. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking for a VW or Subaru. Great job guys, special thanks to John and Mark who responded when John couldn’t. More

He does not use any high-pressure sales tactics and was fully attentive to our questions, especially those surrounding the technology and security features on today's Subaru's. He was always willing to communicate via email, text, and phone. Dustin was very kind and made us feel very relaxed as we discussed the extended warranty and maintenance contracts. He explained the coverages and benefits in detail without applying pressure for us to make a hurried decision. Annie was very helpful in reaching out to the Service team with a question we had regarding our three power outlets as they seemed to be non-functional. Ryan (tech) came out to our car and immediately began troubleshooting the issue. After several tests (and a few blown fuses), and with Ryan's help and motivation, we discovered that, while our single-port phone charger worked flawlessly, our dual-port phone charger was causing a problem. (Full disclosure: the dual-port car charger does work well in our 3 other vehicles, ranging from 2000-2003.) Overall, each staff member mentioned above was very professional, kind, knowledgable, helpful, personable, and took the time to answer all of our numerous questions. We are very satisfied customers. Subaru Legacy GT Wagon My hunt is finally over thanks to Wes and Dean Team Subaru. I've been looking for a Legacy GT wagon for 3 years now. Found a few in various states but My hunt is finally over thanks to Wes and Dean Team Subaru. I've been looking for a Legacy GT wagon for 3 years now. Found a few in various states but none were what I was looking for. Stumbled upon this car through CapitalOne Auto. Instantly messaged for info and status of car. Wes replied and answered all my questions. After a few emails we agreed on a price and delivery date. Wes got me set up with Jason with financing. I was already preapproved but Jason managed to get me a lower rate. Wes provided me an option for a warranty that was quite reasonable. Was definitely a pleasant surprise. There was an issue with the car upon delivery. However, Wes and the service department fixed it with no hassles. Hands down this was the best car buying experience I've had. Period. I now know why Dean Team Subaru is the #1 Subaru Dealership in Missouri. More

I have bought from Dean Team Hyundai and loved them but wanted to purchase a Subar I owned 2 Hyundai Elantras prior to purchasing the Subaru Forester. I have bought from Dean Team Hyundai and loved them but wanted to purchase a Subaru and stayed with The Dean Team. Couldn’t praise them enough. It was a WOW experience. Andrew Sheetz was my sales person and he jumped hoops for me to make sure I was satisfied. The finance gentleman was also incredibly fast and helpful, I’m so sorry as I forgot his name. Management and staff there were very kind and helpful. I would say I am 100% satisfied and if you are looking for safety on the road stop by and get the info on the Subaru Forester. Great car, great dealership, great salesman, great people. More

I took s few days to decide which make of car I wanted, along with trim level and color, and found my choice online at the same dealership. I was happy to go back and work again with Terry Weir, who had been so courteous and straightforward with me on my first visit. I bought a Honda CR-V, and it was far and away the best car-buying experience I've ever had. It is hard to imagine that buying a car could be so pleasant and hassle-free. More
