I worked with Matt the entire time and he was very kind, responsive, and very knowledgeable with the vehicles. I was between the Atlas and the Passat. I test drove both and even drove the Atlas home for the night which helped in making my decision. Carl Schaeffer was also involved. Most of the sales reps that are above dealers have been abrupt with a bad attitude towards me when buying cars, this was not the case with Carl. He was not pushy at all, had kind words, and a great attitude. I'd definitely recommend this group and would go back in the future. More

Easy going. Fun! Relaxed. Straight forward. Simple & quick. I arrived early and the staff welcomed me in right away! Ryan was personable, fun and friendly! He let me test drive the cars I wanted to and if I was I arrived early and the staff welcomed me in right away! Ryan was personable, fun and friendly! He let me test drive the cars I wanted to and if I wasn't feeling it he led me in the direction more fit for me. Ryan went out of his way to assure me that we would find a car I was in love with AND was within my budget. I can't believe how easy the process was once I picked my BRAND NEW Jetta! Carl and Dustin made the paperwork process quick and easy. Before I knew it I was on the road with my new ride! I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. Won't ever buy a car anywhere else! More

Outstanding Service I purchased a car for my daughter and I couldn’t of asked for a better salesman than Pete. He was very knowledgeable and very polite and answered all I purchased a car for my daughter and I couldn’t of asked for a better salesman than Pete. He was very knowledgeable and very polite and answered all my questions and concerns. The Sales manager Matt was very professional and willing to help me find the right car for my daughter and made sure that we were getting the best deal. I went to two other Subaru dealerships and was treated very poorly and was pushed to buy immediately before my questions and concerns were addressed. Then I met Jason in finance and he was very easy to understand and very willing to make sure that again I got the best deal for my daughter and myself. He made the financing enjoyable for a change and was very quick. This is usually the part where most people don’t like in the car buying process, Jason was also very personable, smiled and at all times very polite. Dean Team Subaru has changed my opinion on car buying experience and has made me feel like they want my continued business for today and for the future. If you go to Dean Team I strongly suggest you ask for these guys. More
