In April I was involved in a major vehicle accident that totaled my car. I have since been looking for something that I felt would fit my family and be comfortable for us. I feel like when paying the kind o totaled my car. I have since been looking for something that I felt would fit my family and be comfortable for us. I feel like when paying the kind of money that is required for a vehicle these days you should get exactly what you want. I looked at many locations, all were pushy and overbearing. I saw the car I wanted on the Dean Team website and made the hour long trip this weekend to see if we could make it happen. Wes greeted me as I was checking her out in person, with a friendly and upbeat attitude and immediately got me in her to test drive. I decided pretty quickly, I was going to take her home and Wes did a fantastic job and being quick and efficient and getting me in and out and on my way home. The detail boys did a great job of making her beautiful and clean. Overall a wonderful experience. More

Wes worked diligently to find the right car to fit our family needs for over four months. He worked so hard to find the car to match the specific criteria I wanted. We wanted a used car with low miles, s family needs for over four months. He worked so hard to find the car to match the specific criteria I wanted. We wanted a used car with low miles, specific amenities as well as color. He never gave up on us, even with me saying countlessly, "no, that's not the one". His goal and intention was to find the car he knew we would love and he was honest every step of the way. He took the time to listen to the details and then searched for that "right" car for us. After a 4 month search, I decided to add another exterior color to choose from. He had a car to match on the lot. I went in to look at the blue one and I knew at first glance I didn't want it. Then he had another on the lot (Magnetite Grey) with the interior color of my choice and he brought it up for me to look at. I looked it over intently and it had all the "bells and whistles" I was looking for. I liked it so much I never test drove it...nope! Just told him it was the one and asked if he would take care of fixing 2 very minor things on the car before I would buy and he said absolutely. The price was in our range, it had super low miles and all the "bells and whistles". I was excited. Paperwork was a breeze, he took care to listen and answer all my questions. Wes honored his word and had both minor imperfections taken care of at no charge to us. When I say Wes took care of everything, he took care of everything. We took the car home (with a full tank of gas mind you), then the following week, Wes swapped cars with me and gave me a loaner. He took care of dealing with the service department all the way. I went and picked it up the car this evening and everything was as I asked for AND another full tank of gas. Wes is a valuable employee and man of honor. I truly appreciate his dedication to us for so long. More

I grew up around dealerships since my dad worked 35 years at a local Honda dealership in Ballwin as a mechanic, so know the workings of them well. This was our first Subaru purchase and it most likely will not be my last. Ed and Richard made the experience quick and easy. Ed was prompt with emails and text messages. Both he and Richard were polite and approachable. They honored a price match from another dealership. They didn't haggle with me on my trade amount even after matching the other dealership's price like most would. I will definitely recommend them and the Dean Team Subaru Volkswagen team to my friends and family. I am very happy with my experience and my purchase. More
