If she did not know an answer to a question, she was on top of it and got us an answer. This lady worked hard. Every box of our "wants" were "checked". And then it was not a Subaru but a VW Tiguan SLE we purchased. We love this car and everyone at the dealership was very attentive and knowledgeable. AND thank you Dean team transporter for getting up at 4:30 AM to drive our car back from another state ... appreciate everyone's time...hard to part with my Jeep, but extremely happy! More

Dean Team Ballwin has the least ick vibes of any dealership I’ve been to in my over 51 years. In fact - it had none - only good ones! It was like coming home.
