Instead, I knew the terms BEFORE I arrived (and I got a better deal than I thought) and it was made to feel very comfortable. My sales rep (Joel) was so kind and pleasant and even took the time to show me all of the new features of my new car (I'm old and technological challenged LOL). Jason was an outstanding representative and demonstrates a wealth of knowledge in the financial arena and was not interested in causing me to have to pay the highest interest rate availabe, even with the credit challenges. You will not find a more decent group of professionals and, even if I wasn't buying a new VW or Suburaru, , I would still return to this dealership simply because of the way I was treated.
