Luci is not only very knowledgeable, but professional and a warm caring person. As a working mother for many yrs, I appreciate having a female salesman and continued contact there. I know I can call her anytime and she will be available to assist me. There was also a gentleman (sorry I do not recall his name) who spent time answering my questions when I pulled in unannounced after having the Subaru about a month. He was patient and did not make me feel rushed at all. And Duke in service has been great! He explains things thoroughly, answered other questions I had about my car and is very personable. In the fall I pulled in to get tire pressures checked before I left town and I was so grateful when Duke noticed a bubble in my front tire and managed to get a tire there the next day to replace it allowing me to leave town on a cross country trip on time.
