I contacted the dealership to speak with my previous salesman who I was informed retired. Mr Ryan who took my call that day sensing my dismay at not being able to see Mr Ussia respected my hesitation salesman who I was informed retired. No pressures no "so called used car salesman tactics". Stopped by the dealership to trade in my 2012 Honda Crv to find that what I wanted was not available. Mr Ryan then told me don't worry I can find one for you which to me spoke volumes. It wasn't about what he would get out of the sale it was about me driving off the lot smiling. Long story short I asked to see what 2014's were on the lot and found my baby! Picked her up the next day. Mr Ryan had informed me that due to previous commitments he would not be available when I came to pick up my vehicle. Mr Kokowski was going to finish this sale. It was really nice to walk into the dealership and be greeted by someone who actually was looking and waiting for me! Kudos to Dean I felt like a rock star! A plus from me! More

I gave my credit card for voucher to get the vehicle...and have been waiting 4 days for this to be issued. It does not take a lot of time or energy to get this done; the payment was instant!!!
