I have purchased 2 Honda Civics from this dealership. I have purchased both cars through Jason in sales. Brandon in service was very kind and reminded me about a letter I had received regarding a settlemen have purchased both cars through Jason in sales. Brandon in service was very kind and reminded me about a letter I had received regarding a settlement for 2007 Civics and the cross arms which were affecting tire wear. I had received this letter but had forgotten to mention it when I brought the car in for service. The car was initially brought in for intermittent difficulty getting the car to start. Tests were done and indicated the starter needed to be replaced which was covered under my extended warranty. The car now starts with no problem! There was also a noise in the rear passenger side which was found to be a bad shock which is also covered under my extended warranty. The shock was ordered along with new cross arms. I have since received a call that my cross arms are in. I am waiting for my shock to come in then I will be returning for the additional service. Brandon kept me apprised of each test result. The lady who was working the reception desk in service was also very nice and offered the hot beverages that were available which I appreciated with any early appointment. Thanks to all the service staff for a pleasant experience! More

I initially called for a oil/filter change. Called back shortly later to also add inspection/emission. Was told I would have to reschedule because putting these services together would take up more than th shortly later to also add inspection/emission. Was told I would have to reschedule because putting these services together would take up more than the allotted time slot. I rescheduled & cut my vacation short to take another appt at Dean Honda. Imagine my surprise when the service man asked me if I wanted them to do an additional 30,000 mile service!?! What happened to sticking to an appropriated time frame. I couldn't initially get an oil/ filter change & inspection done together, but once I'm there, then you can do an additional service for an hour or two? WHAT THE HECK???? Just remember, you're not the only Honda dealership/service center in the area. More

My car was in for a recall along with a service light that had been on. Of course, the light went out the day before my appointment.
