Well Done I saw the car (Certified 2017 Pilot EX-L) I wanted in an online search. The price was the lowest I had seen for that model of certified car, in fact, I saw the car (Certified 2017 Pilot EX-L) I wanted in an online search. The price was the lowest I had seen for that model of certified car, in fact, many non-certified pilots with similar miles were priced higher. I spoke with John in sales to see if the car was still available. Fortunately it was. I stopped in the next day for a test drive and made the purchase. There was never any pressure, and the sales, trade in, and negotiation process went very smoothly. Gil got all the paperwork straight and had me out of there with my "new" car very quickly and easily. I had heard good things about Dean Honda and found them to be true. I certainly would recommend Dean to anyone looking for a great deal on any Honda product. More

A note to Honda, the passenger side front seat should also have a riser adjustment. I have to use an ergonomic car seat on the passenger side only otherwise I have back pain after long car trips. It was the same on the 2017 model. This is my only critique of the Honda Civic Hatchback - the passenger front seat is too low. I think it could be fixed if it had a riser adjustment.
