They did a recall and fixed the truck, but in doing so, the tailgate became non functional, I brought it back, and they fixed the tailgate, within a week, the tailgate is back to being non functional. Then I called to set up an appointment to have it fixed, and need a loaner car for when it is worked on, whoever j spoke to stated they would figure it out and call me back, and I have not received a phone call back and it's been 4 days. I have a 2022 pickup truck and the tailgate is non functioning due to what ever fixes took place when the safety recall work was done. This is approaching unacceptable More
