Very helpful I appreciate their help Honestly since the automated system won't stop asking me to rate it with more words, I'll just speak my truth. I had to go back for a second time bc when I got to my ap automated system won't stop asking me to rate it with more words, I'll just speak my truth. I had to go back for a second time bc when I got to my appointment that was supposed to be an hour the first guy spent 45 minutes trying to argue me into doing a recall for the toe hitch that I never use. He went on and on about how it cost me nothing and that it was the dealership that got paid. I tired to explain like 5 times that I could not stay and just needed my tire replaced and my inspection passed. I needed my car for work and my kids. He kept pushing that he couldn't pass my car inspection with out the recall fixed . They spent 2 hours almost just to get the tire sent in and I had to leave bc the tire was not in. I had to call my husband to come bc I was afraid that if I told the guy no he would yell at me and I'm 3 months pregnant and get daily upset. So he let up when my husband came and then the next day I called back and had to tell the lady in the phone to have the guy ease up on me and stop being so aggressive bc I only wanted my tire fixed and inspection.. it was stressful and I really wouldn't recommend this service place but then again I would bc it's important to have a car serviced with a dealership but that guy is really pushy and condescending More
