On a cross country road trip in our R53 FORD chassis RV and had a ‘fuel fill inlet error’ light up on dash. We followed Ford recommendations to recheck fuel cap, but all appeared good; however, error still and had a ‘fuel fill inlet error’ light up on dash. We followed Ford recommendations to recheck fuel cap, but all appeared good; however, error still appeared. Called dealer for assistance and they said ‘booked til Oct 10’ sorry’ Wow, not even come in a wait today and we’ll squeeze you in for the 1hr repair !!! Honestly very disappointed… it’s not like I can schedule issues or wait 6 days for them :(((. So we will continue to look for another Ford truck service center that can help us…. More

Despite the amount of work needed on my car the job was both done well and quickly. No loan vehicles were available at this time but I was delivered back to my home from the dealership and my car was deliv both done well and quickly.
