I'll start by saying all the guys (Lenny, Luis, Chance, Justin) are great. On my most recent visit, Lou drew the 'short straw.' To say Lou did an excellent job working through my list is an understatement. Lou warned me some of the parts may not arrive for five days. Well, four days later, Lou had EVERYTHING wrapped up. Way above expectation! He didn't overlook a single thing on that list. I am in his debt. My ride (black 2017 Mustang GT TracPack) is back in top form. On a more personal note, Lou is just a good guy. He's genuine. He's no xx. He'll do everything he can for you. Period. (Lou, thanks bro! I was worried this one was gonna be a nightmare. You know that. xxxxxxfor handling it like a boss. 💪) More
