Waited 2 hours and spent almost $200 for a tire sensor valve. When I came in, I wasn’t even asked why I was there so the first hour spent on my car they weren’t even doing what was needed. I was told holes would be drilled for my license plate and I left with no holes. Lastly, my driver side sun visor was left dirty because someone touched it with nasty hands. I took my car in for a recall. The dealership does not have a system or process how to deal with such an issue. Came here for a diagnosis on my car. Dropped it off in the morning and was told I’d get a call by the end of the day telling me what was wrong. Never received a call. When I called to check on my car, I was told that they were closed and that they would leave a message and call me back in the morning. MAJOR inconvenience to not have my car and not have anybody tell me that my car would be staying overnight, or even that they did not diagnose it, at that. They gave me a diagnosis but I’m not sure that’s even what’s wrong with the car… I was not charged and I did not receive any paperwork after telling me what was wrong with my car. Was more of an ordeal and hassle than anything. More
