I have mixed feelings - it very much depends on who you work with. My previous car was a Ford serviced by Lenny and it was always a good experience. I have had too many experiences with the Mazda that have work with. My previous car was a Ford serviced by Lenny and it was always a good experience. I have to stay on top of things, ask more than once to have something done, don’t get good explanations for what needs to be done, find that something I asked to have done was not, etc. More
I like the convenience of getting my car maintenance done at DePaula Ford. Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time that I came in expecting to pay around $100 max for an oil change and NYS inspection, and inste at DePaula Ford. Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time that I came in expecting to pay around $100 max for an oil change and NYS inspection, and instead I had several other issues brought to my attention (brake pads, car alignment, radiator flush, lug nuts requiring replacement, etc.). I guess I should be grateful that these other services are suggested (and I assume really needed). I just hope that my next visit will cost me the expected $100 instead of $700+. Since I'm not the most car-savvy person, I assume that Depaula Ford has my safety in mind when recommending additional work on my car. Just hope I'm not being taken advantage of. I bought my Ford Fiesta as a used car with only 35k miles. I don't drive it much these days, and I still think of it as a new car. Guess that's why I'm surprised that I need all this maintenance work so early in the life of the car. Anyway, all the folks at DePaula Ford are personable, friendly and knowledgeable... so I defer to their judgement. More
