Everyone was so nice and polite.I went home with a ride from my son,I had forgotten the shuttle service! They came out before I left to tell me the battery was perfect. Later that evening the service department called to say my car was ready,as I can't see well at night I asked to leave it,not a problem. At 7:00 the next morning I went to pick up my car,as we have the maintenance package no money was due . I signed for receipt and we were done. Everyone was exceptional,I'm so happy we went with DePaula Ford. Oh and when I called they checked to make sure my car wasn't on the recall list. I can't say enough about this wonderful team. More

Top notch service for a recall on my vehicle. I always receive excellent service when I bring my Ford Focus in for service. This trip was for a recall to fix a problem with the fuel tank. Lenny Farnum arranged my appointment and estimated the repair time to be 1-1.5 hours. I left the dealership right on time. Lenny is always polite, courteous and most helpful whenever I need to have my car serviced. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of car repair. He is truly an asset to the DePaula Family. I really like the sign-in board because it allows customers the chance to run errands while the car is being serviced. On a personal note, I think the furniture in the waiting area could use some updating. More

At 71 years old, its the best dealership I've worked with. They had to order parts for my repair. I had purchased a used car warranty from them when I purchased my Explorer.
