dropped car off early @ 7:30 am to have brakes done. Over all bad. Sales service would never buy anything there again. To date, while the drive is pleasant, the reliability of this veh unfortunately, the Ford Escape is the "first" Ford vehicle we have ever purchased. To date, while the drive is pleasant, the reliability of this vehicle is poor. In all the cars we have either owned or leased, this car is the first we've had to do a front end alignment with only 17,000 miles on the car. We've had issues with the tires 3 times, another $300.00 fix for a new tire. This most recent repair needed a whole new engine due to the 1.6 faulty engine. More

Josh helped me from the start, my appt. was at 8:30 am and the oil change package was completed within an hour. The technician recommended a few things to be done with my car, through a video which was ve and the oil change package was completed within an hour.
