They told me it was my last free oil change. I have an extended plan I paid $2,900 for. They said they had no record of it. The papers are in my glove box. Courteous service, transparency of work and fast service. Requested 30k mile service package which I was told is the works pkg. 30k service included the cabin filter change per the ford app. My bill showed Requested 30k mile service package which I was told is the works pkg. 30k service included the cabin filter change per the ford app. My bill showed a separate cost for the cabin filer of $65. This is misleading on DePaulas and Fords part and should be fixed More
