Lenny Farnam was terrific in providing the Gold Standard of Service! Never in my 70 years of driving and owning for the first time my Second Ford! My first ford was a 1949 Ford Flat Head Six 2 Door and built like a tank. Having been a Jeep owner in between I was told to give the Ford Explore a shot. So far it has been a great experience except for loss of AC which with only 30,000 miles was a bummer. But thanks to Lenny and your service staff and providing me with a loaner car. (Blessing) It went very smooth. Thanks again to your team. You have me as a client for the next 30 years. More
