I was very disappointed that my F150, with 9800 miles, needed the work required to correct the problem. Lenny Farnam and Howard, in service, kept me informed and were pleasant to work with and I can't blame them for the availability of parts. My last three trucks were Ford F150's, but I will take a hard look at the competition before I buy another. More
