Full Service annual oil change plus /$39.95 Billy Pine is the best - very courteous. He is a great employee! I actually enjoyed my visit at DePaula, mostly because of his demeanor. Courteous but problem not really fixed F150 had unseen water leaking into passenger side floor. They assured me it was fixed but when I touched the floor it’s still damp. They claimed they found a suspect area to silicon around a hose but I knew that sounded weak. To this day my floor mat is still damp. It’s just disappointing when you know leaving it’s a weak solution that you know ends up being unresolved. I bought the truck about a month and a half ago. Extremely disappointed in failed attempt. Just stand behind your product and take as long as you need until it’s fixed RIGHT! More

oil change I had scheduled an oil change for 6:30 in the evening.at the counter I was greeted and asked what service I needed and name. needed to confirm. Everyone was so nice and polite.I went home with a ride from my son,I had forgotten the shuttle service! They came out before I left to tell me the battery was perfect. Later that evening the service department called to say my car was ready,as I can't see well at night I asked to leave it,not a problem. At 7:00 the next morning I went to pick up my car,as we have the maintenance package no money was due . I signed for receipt and we were done. Everyone was exceptional,I'm so happy we went with DePaula Ford. Oh and when I called they checked to make sure my car wasn't on the recall list. I can't say enough about this wonderful team. More
