Back wiper blade broke off the back of Ford C-Max. Did not have an appointment but stopped in a bit before noon on a Tuesday. Interviewed with service tech very quickly. He was cheerful friendly profes Did not have an appointment but stopped in a bit before noon on a Tuesday. Interviewed with service tech very quickly. He was cheerful friendly professional and efficient. Gave me an estimate on price and timing but warned me that upon examination of the damage there might be a bit higher cost. Work was completed without any additional cost and in 1/2 the time estimated. After getting the word from my tech that all was done I was paid and out in 10 minutes. Tech had had my car brought to service door so I stepped out of shop and into my car. Great service tech and great job done. Thank you. More

customer service excellent- from phone to manager I called them because I had always gone to ORange Ford in LAtham- after being treated like they couldn't be bothered with me when I called for an app I called them because I had always gone to ORange Ford in LAtham- after being treated like they couldn't be bothered with me when I called for an appointment- I went to DePaula- an absolutely different experience from the appointment call through pick up and the technicians. Highly recommend! More
