Extremely responsive Service Team I had an appointment for 9/23/2019, however I had an issue with low tire pressure. I called Lenny in Ford Service, and he was able to fit me in to accomplish a recall, minor repair work and a set of tires and NYS inspection done on Saturday. I appreciate the consideration as I roeciously used Orange Ford for fifteen years, first with a. Mazda and Ford Family since 2004. a decade and subsequently left to Metro Ford. They were a work convenience, yet much better service than Orange. I am extremely pleased with the DePaula Service as it is closest to home. I have been extended rental vehicle courtesy when a repair couldn’t be completed in one day. Thanks so mich! More

Fair but long I had a destroyed transmission in a 2014 Fusion Titanium. It was covered under warranty, but the process was horrendous. A week to diagnose the proble I had a destroyed transmission in a 2014 Fusion Titanium. It was covered under warranty, but the process was horrendous. A week to diagnose the problem but taking the transmission apart piece by piece. Then waiting on someone from Ford to come take pictures and to decide if they would cover it. Then wait on multiple parts, because can’t just replace the entire sealed transmission, have to replace the broken parts. Then rebuild it, reinstall, then test drive several times. This took 32 days! Yes 1 month and 2 days. Joe Schmo shop has a 1 week turnover. That being said, DePaula did give me a loaner car for the entire time, for that I am grateful. I did receive 1 update in the beginning, then I had to call several times for updates. IDK, I guess I’m expecting to much. I have been a loyal Ford fan since buying my very first car from Orange Ford in 1988. 5 cars/trucks later, I’m still a fan. More

Excellent Service Department Brought my car in for oil change, tire rotation. Lenny was outstanding. Not enough superlatives to describe his customer service skills. I had a gift certificate from SEFCU for financing my car through them. Lenny noticed that my inspection would be due next month and cost could still be covered with the gift certificate. Saved me time and money. He also found the code for me to use on the keypad outside. While going over all that was done, an elderly customer was creating quite a disturbance. Lenny was familiar with this customer and asked if i would excuse him to see if he could calm her down. She lost her glasses and was acting out loudly blaming all the staff when they were actually in her pocketbook. Poor Lenny dealt with her, calmed her down and sent her on her way. He was so polite and calm even though she wasnt. When he returned to me, even though i was more than happy to wait, he apologized several more times. I have dealt with the public for many years so it really was no problem for me to wait. I completely understand. All in all, i was very satisfied with the service and would rate it 6 stars if i could. Fyi purchased 2016 ford escape from you last year and absolutely love it. Rides and handles beautifully. Plenty of room inside. My favorite part is the very large and wide windshield. I have to drive through the city so it makes visability for pedestrians and cyclists easy to see. Great safety feature! Went to DePaula Ford to have car serviced and inspected. Dennis was there immediately to tend to my needs on my Ford Escape. The time was 11 am. Billy was the gentleman that was assigned to my needs. I mentioned that I had an appointment in Hudson at 1 pm. Dennis assured me that my car would be ready for me on time. I appreciate the fact that they met my expectations, plus washed my car! I appreciate their considerate and efficient abilities. Plus...the added free inspection due to the fact that I had purchased my car at DePaula.
