This easily could have been a 5 star rating but a 1 to 1 hour 10 minute job estimate took 2 hours. When I went back to the service desk to see what was going on, the service rep was beginning to put the pa hour 10 minute job estimate took 2 hours. I went in for a NYS inspection and oil change. It took almost 2 hours and they didn't even inspect my car.And wanted to have me spend 1000 dollars on 4 new tires. Took the car to my friends shop and ended almost 2 hours and they didn't even inspect my car.And wanted to have me spend 1000 dollars on 4 new tires. Took the car to my friends shop and ended up paying 500.This is not the 1st bad thing that has happened to me there. More

Very accommodating- Did 2 recalls, oil change & yearly inspection on a Saturday for us on our 2020 Explorer. Excellent first time experience!!!! When I asked about covering my seats Josh covered everything immediately.... seats, floor and steering wheel. Great job. I’ll be back for all services.
