My service appointment is always completed by the estimated time & the service people explain everything to me. The only drawback is most of the items that need to be done are not covered by my 2 wa estimated time & the service people explain everything to me. They told me it was my last free oil change. I have an extended plan I paid $2,900 for. They said they had no record of it. The papers are in my glove box.
