Work done on car was fine. Communication with collision center very poor. I called several times and got connected with places other than the collision center. Once talked with someone who promised to call center very poor. I called several times and got connected with places other than the collision center. Once talked with someone who promised to call me back...no call. I left messages and nobody got back to me. Literally had to go there to talk to someone, several times. Was once told...I don't know where your car is. Really?? I believe other places can fix the car AND communicate better. More
I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. At appointment was told nothing was wrong. Instead of taking it when they saw the issue, now I have to wait until it happens again and hope they have an appointment available. I was also basically called a liar, because when I told them of an experience I had with the car, they told me that was impossible. More
