DePaula Ford - Service Center

SUV came back with door scratches drivers side, damage to wheel from removal. My wife,daughter and grandson were put in danger due to 3 hand loose lug nuts driver side and 2 loose lugs passenger side front w wheel from removal. My wife,daughter and grandson were put in danger due to 3 hand loose lug nuts driver side and 2 loose lugs passenger side front wheels. I had to leave work because i had her pull shaking vehicle off road. I was able to tighten down all lug nuts.Front brakes were replaced on service. I contacted service immediately after scratches discovered and my wife returned for inspection of damage. Now she has to go back for estimate of repair, and then again for repair. Simple brake job turning into nightmare More

Good service from the main garage. High estimate to repair a small scratch in the bumper by the collision center. A similar scratch that was on the truck at time of purchase was fixed by the collisio repair a small scratch in the bumper by the collision center. A similar scratch that was on the truck at time of purchase was fixed by the collision center in an hour - at no charge of course. Now that it is on my dime, it will take 3 days to fix a similar scratch. A dealership needs a collision center that customers can trust. This estimate jeopardized that trust. More
