Generally i had a very good experience except the last time I went to get an oil change. I was told by the service person that it looked like I needed an alignment on the vehicle because I wouldn't want t time I went to get an oil change. I was told by the service person that it looked like I needed an alignment on the vehicle because I wouldn't want to have to buy tires on a leased vehicle, so I did. When i went to cash out the service person didn't go over the analysis before and after page and probably for good reason. He briefly mentioned it. Out of the 15 or so sections on the analysis, the sections were green in the before section and only 1 spot was red. So I feel I was told to get a service I definitely did not need. $130.00 lesson learned. I would have given a 5 if I wasn't over sold. More
