Truck service has become totally ridiculous. You make a first appointment for 7am. and they don't even start looking at it until 45 min. later. Most of the service advisors are rude and don't care. No value for customers time. I get sometimes things take a bit of time to get going but 45min? Not the only time this has happened. I've been going there since 2017 and it has been the same problem since. Literally every time. It has been getting worse as the years have gone by. There is one Mechanic that seems to care but that's it. I don't know why nothings changed. I hate giving one star but my time matters and I'm sick of it. Even the supervisors don't really help. They are very condescending at times. Sorry about this and sorry about that. It doesn't cut it. The sales department is fine but service is the most important thing when buying a vehicle. Fix the problem, fire everyone if you have to but do something about it!! More
