Car stuck at dealership several days longer than expected due to "shipping backlog" with parts. Bought our new car in for issues with the clock displaying the wrong time whenever you start the car. They just reset the time. Apparently they did not understand what was going on. I arrived to the dealership at 4pm with an appointment for an inspection and headlight alignment. I asked them to take a look at my transmission and was told they had no one on site who could do that and for an inspection and headlight alignment. I asked them to take a look at my transmission and was told they had no one on site who could do that and I would have to come back next week. Not only did it take them *three hours* to finish my inspection alone. But they did not update my the entire time and did not write my name/car on the board at all so I could see who my service person was. This is the second visit in a row with unusually long wait times and the second in a row where I could hear staff and supervisors arguing in the shop during my visit. I will not be back. More

Scheduled service appointment took nearly twice as long as stated by service employee, but work (oil change) was completed as desired. My initial experiences with service have not endeared me towards wanti as stated by service employee, but work (oil change) was completed as desired.
