They blew it twice. Didn't fix problem first time and then wanted 475 more to fix two O rings and new lines. Only needs the two 14 Dollar o rings. I felt like they always do a good job servicing my vehicle and make sure that we feel comfortable while waiting. Fran, at the front desk, was extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. However, it took 2 hours to get an oil change, after which my car was left parked going the wrong way in the entranceway to the servic and courteous. There was a smudge of grease left on the upholstered support for the windshield near where the service person placed the service due sticker. My hood was left open for me to drive away. More

I have been going to another dealership for my 2019 F250 Super Duty for the past two years. For the past 18 months, I have been trying to replace the driver's side running board because the chrome is delam Super Duty for the past two years. Recently, a friend told me about DePaula Ford. I made an appointment for an oil change and a regular checkup for the vehicle. While there I told Ron B., about my issue with the running board. About an hour later he tells me that he has approval from Ford for its replacement and they have one in stock and would I like it replaced... well yeah. It took DePaula Ford and Ron B., less than an hour to get approval for something for which I have been waiting 18 months at the other Ford dealership.
