Service took days longer than promised. Text updates promised completion, but then when I followed up by phone, it wasn’t ready. This happened twice. I had an appt to pick up car. When I arrived, it took nearly 30 minutes to “complete paperwork.” The clerk took my credit card payment to the building next door to process! Car passed NYS inspection w/o comment; next day routine service at original dealer revealed ON VIDEO that the brakes were shot and needed immediate replacement.
