The express service was excellent. I had a flat tire that needed to be replaced from hitting a pot hole. It was not a ford vehicle but they still fixed my issue. I am very disappointed in the services that I received. My car had a leak under the passenger seat and the rug got moldy. The first time I went, the service department refused to see me and said I should call to make an appointment. I called the department and got an appointment that was one and a half months later. The next day I went to the dealer and I said that the mold was affecting my health and was smelly. The service department's director said to come back next Wednesday. So, I came back on the next Wednesday. The service department took the car and 45 minutes later, I was told that everything was okay. Later, on the same day, there was heavy rain and the rug and passenger seat were soaking wet. So, I had to return the next day, which was Thursday. The director of the service department took my phone number and told me he'd call me back, but he never did. My car is *still* moldy and leaky every time it rains. More
