My Explorer was at DePaula from April 10th, 2024 till October 4th 2024. During the entire time period NOT ONE PERSON EVER CONTACTED ME!! I had to call to get updates.. They were very polite on the phone October 4th 2024. During the entire time period NOT ONE PERSON EVER CONTACTED ME!! I had to call to get updates.. They were very polite on the phone but that fact that in almost 6 months no one ever call to keep me updated. After a month I was given a vehicle to use. I called the service department and informed them every time I was going to take a trip. I called them and I thought the miles on the rental car. We’re getting very high. I know they’re very busy, but the genuine lack of communication was unacceptable.. Again, the people I spoke with were very nice or very polite, but the fact that I was the one continuously reaching out is bothersome. It makes me question if I would ever use the service department again More

Was able to make a convenient appointment time for a NY State inspection. Dropped car off with Luis who is always friendly and helpful.
