I took my car in for a recall. The dealership does not have a system or process how to deal with such an issue. Came here for a diagnosis on my car. Dropped it off in the morning and was told I’d get a call by the end of the day telling me what was wrong. Never received a call. When I called to check on my car, I was told that they were closed and that they would leave a message and call me back in the morning. MAJOR inconvenience to not have my car and not have anybody tell me that my car would be staying overnight, or even that they did not diagnose it, at that. They gave me a diagnosis but I’m not sure that’s even what’s wrong with the car… I was not charged and I did not receive any paperwork after telling me what was wrong with my car. To say Lou did an excellent job working through my list is an understatement. Lou warned me some of the parts may not arrive for five days. Well, four days later, Lou had EVERYTHING wrapped up. Way above expectation! He didn't overlook a single thing on that list. I am in his debt. My ride (black 2017 Mustang GT TracPack) is back in top form. On a more personal note, Lou is just a good guy. He's genuine. He's no xx. He'll do everything he can for you. Period. (Lou, thanks bro! I was worried this one was gonna be a nightmare. You know that. xxxxxxfor handling it like a boss. 💪) More
