Thank god that have Lenny. I made an appointment because I am aware of how backed up everyone is. It took 2 weeks to get in. Took 2 hours for an oil change. Said theybwere backed up. Service completed my job in the time frame they told me. Did not charge me for the inspection. Lenny waited with me while I waited to check. No water bottles available for customers who are there for hours. Many sales men with masks below their mouths doing nothing but standing around or trying to look busy.
