I had an amazing experience at DePaula Ford. This past Saturday, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, my overheat warning light came on, I was nearby to this dealership and when I drove inside, the employees gr Saturday, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, my overheat warning light came on, I was nearby to this dealership and when I drove inside, the employees greeted me in a way, as if I had an appointment. They took my car right in, diagnosed the problem. Howard and Chase went above and beyond my expectations of a great customer service experience. I look forward to doing business with DePaula Ford again. I usually deal with a different Ford dealership and I must say the customer service at the DePaula was better. Thank you, Michelle More
